Service Contracts Sales Support Representative
Description
The Service Contracts Sales Support Representative will increase sales for iLab Service Contracts, therefore increasing customer satisfaction with iLab systems, as the equipment is properly maintained. Work with U.S. Sales Reps and others on a daily basis to guarantee sales targets are met; provide superior customer service and ensure an understanding of service offerings.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
· Fully support the Quality Policy by building quality into all aspects of the incumbent's work and by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements (including but not limited to being current on all training requirements for the incumbent's position and documenting that training).
· Increase sales and customer satisfaction by partnering with Sales Representatives.
· Work with Sales Representatives and Regional Managers on a daily basis to ensure superior customer service and product use.
· Prospect and develop relationships with Sales and prospective customers, converting them to iLab Service Contract customers. Secure and/or renew existing contracts by coordinating presentations, reports and providing Sales assistance.
· Maintain open communication lines with current and prospective customers on programs, promotions and pricing trends. Establish, implement and monitor a sales plan based on Imaging business objectives and customer needs.
· Keep current on iLab services being offered and give feedback to the Marketing on market receptivity, concerns or issues learned from the customers.
· Maintain an ongoing knowledge of competitive product innovations, sales promotions, catalogs and advertising for personal sales effectiveness and corporate market intelligence.
· Maintain accurate customer files and field sales reports, communicating information as needed.
- This position will be a liaison between ESB, Marketing and Sales to increase communication and effectiveness from the field.
Position Qualifications
- BS Engineering or related discipline, Eight+ years support of electronic or electro-mechanical devices in the medical field; or equivalent combination of education and experience required to perform at this level.
- Proven leadership role working with cross-functional teams to successful project completion.
- Minimum education: BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience. Seven+ years support
- Ability to negotiate and influence others.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience with developing and analyzing service contracts is preferred.
