Supervisor, Medicare Service Operations



We are currently looking for a Supervisor to join our Medicare Enrollment team in the Harrisburg office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and motivate a cross functional team to meet government standards regarding coordinated care products (Medicare). Strong leadership skills are required as well as previous experience and/or knowledge of Medicare Government Programs. We offer an excellent benefit program (most benefits start on the first day of employment), paid time off, 401K with a company match and tuition reimbursement.

Job Requirements Include:

  • High school degree or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Significant experience in health care (usually 6-7 years); 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred.
  • Management of inbound customer service call centers preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of government programs.
  • Process improvement skills.
  • Ability to train employees on all products and processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills.
  • Ability to implement service strategies for internal and external customers.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and coaching skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to drive change.
