Job Description:
Our client is seeking a .Net Developer. Responsibilities:- Responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of several desktop and web applications
- Performs requirements analysis, functional and technical design, application development, product configuration, unit and system testing, and production deployment
- Develops and maintains .Net applications in an object oriented environment
- Participate in design sessions and work with others during product design through rollout
- Contribute to system testing to ensure quality deliverables
- Works with internal users to identify system requirements and resolve issues
- Creates and maintains technical documentation
Required Skills:- Ideal candidates should have thorough understanding of the .Net Framework and related technologies
- Requires minimum 2-5 years of development experience
- Must have strong C#, as well as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS experience
- Strong experience with Object Oriented Programming
- Experience with Visual Studio and the .Net 2.0-3.5 Framework
- Experience with the .Net 3.5 Framework (LINQ, WCF, and WPF) is a plus
- Experience with AJAX, Web Services, and JQuery is a plus
- Strong experience with RDBMS (Microsoft SQL Server)
- Strong ASP.Net and ADO.Net experience is preferred
- XML development experience using DTD, XSD, and XSLT is a strong plus
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- B.S. is required; in Computer Science and/or Engineering preferred
