Family Based Care Specialist, Potomac Center.
FAMILY BASED CARE SPECIALIST The Potomac Center, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Family Based Care Specialist. This position requires travel in the Eastern Panhandle of WV to organize and provide on-going support services to specialized care providers of individuals with developmental disabilities. Applicants must posess a bachelors degree and hold a current social work license or be eligible for licensure.
