General Summary: The Chief Pharmacy Officer will provide strategic leadership for the Oregon Region pharmacy operations to ensure a connected experience of care and clinical excellence for the patients we serve. This position will lead a Regional Pharmacy Coordinating Council that includes all pharmacy operations in all divisions in Oregon. This position will also lead the pharmacy strategy and operations of the hospital group in Oregon.
Required: BS degree in Pharmacy. Masters/Doctorate in Pharmacy degree or other desirable alternatives. Current professional license or certification as required to practice in the State of Oregon. Advanced education in area of service, human resources, business and quality management. 7-10 years of progressively responsible experience. Current driver's license. Experience in large hospital pharmacy operations.
Preferred: Masters of Health Administration or Masters of Business Administration.
