BENEFITS SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER / SPECIALIST

markets?

you creative, innovative and outgoing?
IPS has an immediate opportunity for a dynamic
candidate with group benefits experience in all lines, conventional, partial
self funding, disability, long term care, etc. to oversee benefits marketing
and supervise two to four staff. Our
client company is a leading business services brokerage firm that employs
innovative professionals committed to the values of integrity, diligence and
professionalism.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Great
market contacts and relationships
- Ability
to oversee a staff of 2-4 people
- Exceptional
use of Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent
leadership, management and interpersonal skills
- Creative,
innovative, outgoing and eager to push for change and excellence
- Effective
verbal, written and presentation skills
- Four
year college degree preferred
- Five
years experience in the Employee Benefit’s industry
- California
Life & Health License
