Senior Healthcare Consultant - EpicCare Ambulatory: Hayes Management Consulting

Hayes Management Consulting continues to experience tremendous growth and we are looking to add key players to our national Epic practice. We are an Epic Certified Consulting Partner and currently have opportunities throughout the United States.

The healthcare consultant provides effective solutions to our clients. You will help our clients manage and improve their businesses, by strategically planning, directing and coordinating activities to help them with their business operations, clinical and technical needs. You are expected to perform a variety of complex project tasks independently and in a leadership role. Extensive travel is required (80-100%). Most consultants work out of their home offices across the United States. We only require that you are accessible to a major airport.

The successful candidate will have:

• 3+ years implementation experience in EpicCare Ambulatory required
• Epic certification preferred
• 6+ years experience working in a Healthcare setting, physician practice or hospital required
• A solid understanding of the business aspects of physician based business operations, and the software/hardware used to support this experience
• Nursing Degree preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple, complex projects with high quality results
• A strong proficiency in common PC software applications
