CSR / Administrative Assistant position open in Pittsburgh, PA.



One of the largest courier companies in the North East United States is seeking a full-time CSR / Administration Assistant in the Pittsburgh, PA office.

Basic job duties include:

  • Entering end of day signatures
  • Enter/process/prepare for loading customer returns on truck (some lifting required)
  • Answer phones and resolve customer issues
  • Assist manager in operational and corporate projects to meet deadlines
  • Dispatching late afternoon routes
  • Filing and maintaining customer POD's

Pay rate $11-12/hr based on experience. Monday-Friday 7am to 4pm.
