Assistant Research Manager, Project Management: Otx Research

POSITION: Assistant Research Manager

REPORTS TO: Research Manager or Senior Research Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Candidate will organize and manage online quantitative testing projects focused on consumer response.

Candidate will assist in project strategies, managing project timelines and creating data.

Candidate will assist in reviewing online set-up of questionnaires and survey sampling and quality checks of data deliverables.

Candidate will work with a team to assure survey and project accuracy.

REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates should be organized, outgoing, and capable of delivering tangible results in a fast paced and creative environment. The Assistant Research Manager must possess a strong sense of detail.

• Applicant should have a basic understanding of Quantitative Project Management strategies.
• Applicant should have some client management experience.
• Must have strong knowledge of the Internet, Excel and Word. SPSS experience a plus.

JOB DUTIES:

- Review of initial qre drafts

- Coordination of production oriented tasks with internal Operations teams (Survey Programming, Data Processing, Coding, Sample, Engineering, etc)

- Online survey proofing

- Ordering sample

- Monitoring field progress (in collaboration with internal sample team) – tracking incidence/length

- Review of client tab specs

- Checking tabs

- Running frequencies or other data reports in SPSS

- Other administrative tasks as needed
