Our Senior Regional Account Executives sell through large benefit brokers and consultants, and also work directly with Fortune 1,000 employer groups. We are a leader in corporate wellness with our comprehensive Healthyroads program along with our specialty network that includes benefits for chiropractic, acupuncture, massage therapy, and dietetic counseling.
Qualified applications will have:
EDUCATION:
· Bachelor’s degree
EXPERIENCE:
· Network within the large brokers and consultants is strongly preferred.
· Minimum 5 years sales experience; with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
· Experience with proposal and presentation development.
· Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide and maintain cooperative working relationships with prospects, brokers, consultants as well as internally within American Specialty Health.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
