Client Service Manager/ Account Executive



The Account Executive is responsible for managing client projects, including mailings and other customer communications. The Account Executive maintains day-to-day client contact, and works with other members of the project team, including creative, data and production, to create mailings that meet the client’s requirements, are flawless, on time and on budget.

In addition, the Account Executive builds a relationship with the client contact and is on the front line in spotting new opportunities and gaining intelligence that will help us to retain and expand the client relationship.

Lead the project team in executing client programs, keeping members of the team informed of client expectations and any changes in program requirements.

In collaboration with production, create budgets and timelines.

Communicate with the client on a daily basis in carefully written memos, on the phone and in person, as needed, keeping the client up-to-date on the status of the program and the timeline.

Convey to the client our collective best thinking on strategy, creative and any other issues that may arise.

Manage the development of copy and layout through all rounds of changes.

Maintain familiarity with the client’s corporate standards and branding and insure that our creative meets those standards.

Work with data manager to insure that client data files and data processing instructions meet program requirements.

Secure client approvals, and maintain meticulous project documentation.

Inform supervisor of any project or client issues and/or opportunities as soon as they are perceived.

Represent hawkeye|MOSAIC in a friendly and professional manner at all times.
