Our 24 week structured program will provide you with the tools and hands on training necessary for running a retail business.

Ashley Furniture HomeStores is the nation’s largest, highest volume and fastest growing furniture company. We need Sales Management Associates to join our winning team of a big-box, high volume store. You will be working in a fun, upbeat, beautiful, new concept store. Your first and foremost responsibility is to generate sales while providing exceptional customer service.

We are a very successful licensee with stores in Seattle, Washington, Houston, Austin, San Antonio and McAllen, Texas.

What you need for this position:

At least five years experience in a big box retail management with a track record in retail or commissioned sales. History of successfully managing a team of 20 or more Associates is required. A college background in business, marketing or related areas is preferable, but not mandatory. Must have professional appearance, excellent interpersonal and verbal communications skills. You must be open to assignment to any of our stores throughout the San Antonio/Austin areas.
