As a Prefit Tech I, you will perform different stitching, separating, and applying operations to help complete the upper. You will meet productivity standards by following established procedures and processes. In this role, you will improve your technical skills by learning other tasks involved in creating a shoe. You will work hard to consistently meet standards and correct any quality issues. You will keep a clean workspace and follow the 6S principles to ensure a safe manufacturing environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 2 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment desired.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift light to moderate amounts of weight.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Desire to work in a team environment.
