Job Description

Position Profile
You will share responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the unit's patient care areas efficient and cost effective operations. Within this position, under the direction of the Patient Care Manager, you will provide leadership and function as a role model and resource, ensure adherence to standards in patient care practice within a multi-disciplinary care setting, supervise, coordinate, evaluate and improve the delivery and quality patient care and participate in budgetary process and fiscal accountabilities. As a team member, you will play an important role by collaborating with others and contributing toward our mission and values.

Basic Qualifications (required)
Current California R.N. license required. Current BLS-C and ACLS Healthcare Provider from AHA required.

Minimum Qualifications (required)
Current American Heart Association BLS-C and ACLS Healthcare Provider required by start date.

Preferred Qualifications
Prefer two years recent progressive leadership/management experience in an acute care facility (i.e., charge nurse, lead, Operations Supervisor).

Strongly prefer five years applicable clinical experience in direct patient care. Knowledge of patient focused delivery preferred.

BSN Preferred.

Requires excellent communication, problem-solving, team development, planning and follow-through.
