Minimum Requirements :
3 years of related experience or equivalent. Good written communication skills; working knowledge of word-processing, presentation and integrated business software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required. Job Description :
Apply comprehensive program knowledge, advisory and administrative support including detailed, comprehensive analysis interpreting programmatic elements to prepare correspondence and documentation, program presentations and briefings.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to CLEC staff.
2. Interface with internal staff and external organizations/participants for planning, prioritization, and issue resolution of overall activities in the support and achievement of program goals.
3. Interact with and advise participants, through the application of specific program knowledge and subject matter expertise, in the execution of program support goals.
4. Analyze and track schedules, receivables and deliverables, conduct research into specific areas, prepare findings and reports.
5. Coordinate with applicants to gather all application materials and program information.
6. Maintain filing system.
7. Perform data entry functions and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
8. Handle all aspects of event planning and organization.
9. Ordering supplies and marketing materials.
