Ariba, Asset Tracking



A major Pharmaceutical company is looking for 2 consultants; this position will last until the end of December 2009, BUT WILL LIKELY BE EXTENDED FOR ONE FULL YEAR.

Candidates MUST be local to the area, work on an hourly W2 basis and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen (no felony/misdemeanor convictions including DUI within the past 10 years).

- Coordinate procurement of IT assets – getting quotes and entering into Ariba
- Update purchasing tracking tools – Excel and simple database systems
- Update Configuration Management Database System – Service Center based
- Create and update Service Center tickets to track the work of server builds and retires – based on defined work instructions
- Follow job related work instructions and associated procedures and policies
