Job Description

The System Analyst 3’s role is to support and maintain the SIEMENS INVISION patient accounting system in meeting the Patient Financial Services departmental goals. The role involves working on requests from the patient financial services department by updating files, researching and resolving issues, implement upgraded features, enhancing automation by using vendor tools, and assisting the departments in meeting regulatory changes. Additionally, the position is involved in writing reports and creating output files for interfacing to other systems

Responsibilities

•Update profiles and masterfiles
•Design and build VOF/RPM changes to support automation
•Revise procedures and documentation to reflect changes in systems
•Design and revise worklists using the RMW software
•Hold status meetings and communicate changes in software
•Utilize a event management system to manage tasks and issue tracking
•Work with system users towards their department business metrics and goals
•Updating security for INVISION patient Accounting

Position Requirements

•Bachelors degree preferred
•Direct experience in supporting SIEMENS INVISION patient accounting systems
•Very Strong customer service orientation
•Ability to identify risk in assignments and process changes
•Highly Self motivated and directed
•Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects
•Experience in testing and creating test plans
Understanding the principles and requirements of HIPPA
