Social Services – MANAGER, ASSIST. MGR. & Treatment Technician Positions CHALLENGING AND REWARDING! Center for Humanistic Change provides residential and employment services to adults with developmental disabilities & is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, team leader with strong leadership skills for a Manager position in a residential group home in (FLANDERS, NJ). Two years’ exp, College degree and supervisory exp. Current First Aid and CPR certif. Salary is in the mid to upper $20’s, negot depending on edu. & exp. Excellent bnfts pkg, including Holidays, Sick time, Vac days & Sep/IRA. FT, PT, N/A, & Sub Treatment Technician positions also available. Rates are as follows – ASSIST. MGR. $11.50, FT-$10.00, PT & SUB-$9.75. No exp. necessary for Treatment Technicians. Must be 18, have a HS diploma or GED & drivers’ license valid in N.J. with CHC insurable driving record.
