Our client had retained Berkshire Recruiting to identify a Senior SQL Server DBA who has a broad background and expertise both as a production DBA and some development responsibilities. The person must have the ability and interest to work with a highly skilled development organization to optimize their systems performance. This is a new position as the organization has continued to grow it's client base (doubled sales last year)and the need to have someone solely dedicated to insuring the databases are performing to the highest level, is replicated and backed up appropriately, and up-to-date on the latest service packs.
