HR Services Representative We are creating a new HR shared service center in Englewood, CO that will be responsible for providing services for over 5,000 employees in North America. We are currently looking for HR professionals in a variety of roles to join this new center including several for an HR Services Representative. Areas of responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Responds to routine employee and manager inquiries and provides clear, concise answers according to guidelines and policies. · Logs calls and emails into the Peoplesoft Call Management System; researching and resolving all requests and responding to customer within 24 hours. Escalate issues as needed to appropriate subject matter expert · Interpret Arrow HR policies and procedures, provide accurate and timely information · Assist with Tier I HR technology questions from users for applications such as Kronos, Vurv, Successfactors, etc. · Processes HR data transactions with flawless execution · Follows defined processes for HR services and transactions related to new hires, separations, data change forms, benefit changes, etc. · Determines if information provided is complete in order to complete the transaction · Coordinates payroll-related entries to ensure processing occurs within established deadlines · Performs audits of processing work of self and other members on the team · Cross train on all other areas of the HR Shared Service Center as well as other HR areas in order to expand HR knowledgebase BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: · Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or equivalent HR experience · Strong Customer service and communication skills required · Solid understanding and ability to navigate and troubleshoot of HR · Ability to work in fast paced, confidential, time sensitive environment and have excellent organizational and follow-through skills. · Experience in fast paced call center environment a plus · Must be resourceful, creative and possess strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, strong decision making skills. High sense of urgency required. · HR, Benefits or Payroll background preferred with excellent analytical skills · Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), typing proficiency is required · HR systems expertise a plus - Lawson, ADP or Kronos · Ability to handle difficult situations professionally and sensitively · Ability to do multiple tasks simultaneously · Ability to work flexible schedules ranging from early mornings through early evenings in order to provide appropriate service support for all time zones in the U.S. ## We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
