Lead QA Engineer/ Manager

There has been a recent boom within the technology market and we have a great opportunity to take a huge step in your professional career and to work with cutting edge 4G technologies (LTE equipment/WiMax). The successful candidate will have the responsibility of managing & leading system test groups & making sure that the world class carrier-class platforms are top-of-the-line quality.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting System test plans
- Testing both system level performance & scaling
- Managing & leading a group of system test engineers
Requirements:
- At least a BSEE/MSEE or BSCS/MSCS, along with a minimum of eight years of experience with quality assurance and two years of experience in a management position
- Expertise in Mobile IP, BGP, ACLs, MPLs, GTP, IP Forwarding, 802.16e, OSPF, AAA, GRE Tunneling, Radius, & QOS -Real time/ Linux operating system experience
- Knowledgeable of 3rd Party Test Tools (ex: Spirent & IXIA) and PERL scripting language
- Solid understanding of the best practices of SQA
- Knowledgeable about GGSN Gateway.
Desired:
- Prior experience working within a fast paced, start-up atmosphere
- Experience working for a company based on its products and ensuring the delivery of world-class carrier products
