* Kitchen Managers and Executive Chefs
* 50 hour work week
* Rotating weekends off

Responsibilities:
- Direct kitchen operations
- Ensuring the best quality products and service is given to guests
- Maintenance of kitchen equipment and appliances
- Food inventory and portion control


Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as salaried Kitchen Manager from scratch-made kitchen operations
- No more than 3 jobs in 7 years
- Demonstrated ability to drive profitable growth while continuously improving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to build relationships with vendors and associates
- Proven track record in maintaining strong cost controls and quality standards
- Demonstrated ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
