Maintenance Technician: Goldmark
    Maintenance Technician GOLDMARK Property Management seeks full-time, quality apartment Maintenance Technician who is efficient in general and preventive maintenance repairs. High school or equivalent education with related experience and/or training preferred. Normal work hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and will be scheduled to work on-call evenings and weekends on a rotation basis.
