Goodyear Retail is currently recruiting for a Service Manager to work in one of many fast paced stores throughout the United States .
The Service Manager is responsible for managing the service department by effectively scheduling technicians and service appointments. The Service Manager is responsible for managing performance to meet budgeted objectives in the areas of sales, units and profitability. The Service Manager assists technicians in daily work routines ensuring a safe, clean working environment while following the company’s policies and guidelines. The Service Manager is responsible for ensuring long term growth in sales by building trust between the guest and the service department. The Service Manager maintains associates satisfaction through training service department associates to ensure a high level of performance and career development.

Requirements:
Driving: valid driver’s license
Minimum Age: 18
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Two or more years experience in the automotive field or an equivalent business preferred
Prior management of two or more people
Must be able to lift 60 lbs. with or without reasonable accomodation
