Primary Responsibilities:
- Direct customer service of non-insurance related products (i.e., Ingenix products)
- Provide technical expertise, problem triage, instructions or general non-sales customer support
- Coordinate with the Director of Operations and the Implementation Team to provide application support as well as various client service functions
- Responsible to field client calls, generate client reporting, monitor and validate files to be uploaded into the application, and other client service related functions
- Close coordination with IT support, to ensure clients receive timely data updates within the application
- Additional responsibilities may include administrative activities, as well as looking for ways to improve the reporting process related to construction and delivery
- Daily file validation for clients
- Daily, Weekly, and Monthly productivity and inventory reporting of EC clients
- Client support required per phone and e-mail inquiries
- Assisting the EC Implementation team as needed
- Assisting EC Healthcare Consultants as needed
- Updating the departments communication tools as needed

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Intermediate MS/Office Skills (Word, Excel & Outlook) is required
- 2 + years experience with client / customer interaction and problem resolution
- 6 months + experience with file transfer, application maintenance, customer support and utilizing reporting tools is strongly desired
- AIM Healthcare is preferred
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
