Position Description:
Positions in this function are responsible for providing expertise and customer service support to providers. Direct phone-based customer interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of previous supervisory experience is required including coaching and developing
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center is require
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience is required
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is required
- MCMS, IEX and Medicare experience is preferred
- Basic knowledge and experience in finance (budgeting) and cost accounting is preferred
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience is required.
