Training Specialist :
This position is responsible for development and management of training initiatives that will increase brand and product knowledge for the Swatch brand retail stores across the country.
This is a hands-on role that requires an experienced and motivated trainer with an entrepreneurial spirit who is able to deliver trainings on variety of retail related topics and measure their results and effectiveness.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for development of training on variety of topics including brand, products, opertaions, policies and procedures.

Conducts and facilitates training programs and processes. Supports others in implementation and ensures consistency, accuracy and quality of training.

Through training: challenges and inspires staff to achieve business results.

Ensures partners adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements.

Assists in the design and implementation of a performance evaluation and feedback system to measure the effectiveness of training programs that meet or improve business objectives.

Provides expertise on product knowledge, policies, procedures and functional responsibilities.

Provides input to strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results.

Provides partners with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities and building effective teams.

Assists in setting goals for work group, developing organizational capability, and modeling how we work together. |
