• Oversee management of System Infrastructure project prioritization & execution
• Oversee system capacity planning
• Lead the rollout of new system infrastructure capacity
• Collaborate on the integration of physical and application architecture through close teamwork with Infrastructure architects, application developers and Application Support teams.
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of existing and new applications and be able to tie the design and implementation of infrastructure to the application components.
• Document technical environments, processes and procedures
• Assist in the daily maintenance of the production environment
• Ensure 24/7 availability of the production environment
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and services

• Expert level knowledge and solid hands on experience with Open Source technologies
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies
• SAN technologies
• Systems architecture, hardware and software troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of the latest Infrastructure architectures ( Virtualization, Grid computing, MPP, Cloud computing)
• Good understanding of Data Networking and Content delivery technologies
• Operational experience in Software as a Service environment

• 10+ years experience managing the team of seasoned technologists in a high paced 24/7/365 type environment
• 10+ years experience managing Technical Operations and/or Infrastructure
• Expert level knowledge of Open and Close Source Operating Systems
• Proven experience performing capacity planning activities and hardware sizing
• Demonstrated experience architecting and integrating real time systems in multi-user, multi-platform, multi-operating systems environments
• Proven experience in implementing Disaster Recovery and Business continuity
• Ability to visualize and implement breakthrough process improvements
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
