Job Description

Global Financial Services company located in midtown is looking for a Director of SEC Reporting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Director will report to the Global Controller. Will be responsible for oversight of all external and internal financial reporting, including 10k and 10q, press releases of earnings, and standard/adhoc reports to Board of Directors and Executive Committee. Work along with Policy and Technical counterparts to resolve any potential accounting issues related to various GAAP and SEC regulations. Work with counsel, compliance and external auditors to complete all registation filings.
  • Job Qualifications
  • Candidate should have 10-15 years of related experience. Big 4 + Financial Service related industry with banking, insurance and/or Investment banking ++. Must have demonstrated ability to work in a large corporate environment, have managerial experience of up to 10 direct reports and staff of 40.
