Ensure all aspects of UHC product development, deployment, management, enhancement and measurement include a market-responsive, effective pharmacy component. Advance UHC�s competitive position in delivering evidence-based integrated medical/Rx products and programs that demonstrably improve health outcomes and activate and engage consumers. Responsibilities:�Establish and maintain effective connections between UnitedHealth Pharmaceutical Solutions (UHPS) and all aspects of the UHC Products and Innovation Group (Product)�Ensure products and programs for account-based consumer directed products include Rx �Engage so that initiatives to drive increased consumer engagement and awareness of Rx �Link to Product efforts to advance product innovation and contribute the Rx perspective so that UHC innovations address and include Rx �Engage so that Product�s enhanced strategic focus incorporates UHPS strategic perspective and competitive intelligence �Incorporate Rx market experience in product development and outreach initiatives to advance the Product distribution strategy �Ensure that the Product outputs are effectively incorporated into UHPS strategic planning and executive leadership direction �Guide and drive strategic Rx product initiatives through the UHC Product, UHPS and other stakeholder organizations �Engage with UHPS to support overarching understanding and support for broad Rx product portfolio �Engage with UHC Product and UHPS to enhance UHC ability to track, measure and improve Rx products and programs �Enhance current capabilities for effective product management

Qualifications
�7 - 10+ years of experience leading complex product development efforts �Substantial experience and demonstrated success in producing results in a highly matrixed work environment �5+ years experience in relevant health care industry �5+ years successful experience in leadership roles �Strong ability to communicate complex information clearly �Strong ability to advocate and to deploy influence management �Pharmacy benefit management experience is a plus �Undergraduate degree �Graduate degree in relevant field is a plus �Innovative thinker with agile mind Post-graduate degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience.
