
AREA MANAGER
A Golden Girls Area Manager is responsible for the day-to-day development, management and growth of a specific geographic territory as a representative of Golden Girls. Qualified candidates will plan and carry out direct marketing and recruiting activities, so as to maintain and develop the regional objectives of the company. The Golden Girls Area Manager will receive leadership and support from a Regional Development Manager and be a part of a developing team of peers. Together, the entire regional team will seek to achieve their financial objectives, grow the Golden Girls brand, and continue to help support local investment.
The primary role of an Area Manager is:
- Oversee the development, management and growth of a specific geographic territory for Golden Girls by recruiting, training and deploying qualified buyers on behalf of the company
- Work with her Regional Development Manager to develop a Sales and Marketing plan with objectives relating to the specific territory
- Leverage the resources of Golden Girls to establish the territory by recruiting, training and deploying qualified Buyers
- Manage these Buyers by providing ongoing counsel, leadership and support. This will include regular goal-setting, growth planning, assessment, ideation sessions, and tutorials.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Buyers including the issuance of supplies, tools and materials.
- Maintain an ongoing dialogue with the Regional Development Manager, as well as the Finance Department, Legal Department and Marketing Department of Golden Girls to ensure that everyone is aware of the opportunities and challenges of the territory.

· Fundraising skills
· Attention to detail and follow-up with team necessary
· Strong Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 3+ years experience in commission sales (financial services, insurance, real estate, advertising, etc.); sales force recruiting; and/or general sales and management to consumers.
