Rearden Commerce is looking for a strategic and analytical thinker who will collaborate with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to create new services and enhance existing ones. The Senior Product Manager must be able to balance the creation of an excellent customer experience with sound business strategies of the products. This position is a member of the Product Management team and reports to a Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine the overall strategy and define the implementation roadmap of owned personal assistant products, using market research, customer usage and competitive analysis to drive decision-making.
  • Define and present business cases with measurable metrics to the executive team for product investment areas.
  • Document and clarify product requirements throughout the product development lifecycle.Lead a cross-functional team of user experience designers, developers and QA engineers to design and build products.
  • Develop and manage relationship with strategic partners to ensure alignment on product roadmap.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to define go to marketing strategies, launch products and ensure adoption.
  • Closely monitor product usage, transaction and revenue trends and build programs to ensure desired business targets are met.
  • Manage close-loop feedback cycles to encompass customer comments and needs into better product experience.


Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with 3-5 years of e-commerce and B2B/B2C based business services product experience
  • Experience driving revenue growth and managing continuous improvements to product feature sets
  • Knowledgeable in software as service product models and ability to drive tradeoffs based on technology, usability and uniqueness of solutions
  • Ability to balance strategic, creative and analytical problem-solving with strong tactical execution
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple parallel projects
  • Proactive leader who takes initiative and demonstrates a high level of accountability
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work well with others in a highly demanding, highly collaborative environment
  • BA/BS Required

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in consumer Internet services and / or software applications
  • MBA degree or other relevant management experience
