Job Description:
This position is for a senior level technical professional. Skills in Exchange 2003.
Candidate will meet with clients to support technical needs. Provide leadership on Exchange technology.
Other Skills Required and Desired:
We are looking for a MCSE Lead on a Exchange 2003 project. Below are some of the skills.
1. Exchange 2003 support knowledge of routing, administrative groups, public folder replication, etc.
2. Exchange 2003 design and architecture knowledge, including best practices recommendations.
3. Active Directory knowledge of replication, IPSec services, AD-Exchange integration.
4. Knowledge of Group Policy.
5. Exchange and Windows clustering experience.
6. Overall knowledge of Exchange 2007.
7. Working knowledge of Remedy Help Desk software.
8. Ironport message routing and reporting experience.
9. Virtualization experience with VMWare Server and VMWare ESX / Virtual Infrastructure.
10. MOM 2005 monitoring tool experience
Experience migrating from Exchange 2003 to 2007
Experience with scripting language (Vbasic, Perl, etc.)

Skills Required:
M/S Exchange 2003 Certification. (MCSE). Understanding of portal and collaboration environments. Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 5 years experience.
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Secret Clearance preferred.
