Job Details:

  • Job Summary: The Maintenance Specialist is primarily responsible for performing routine maintenance duties including rough carpentry, painting, and basic equipment or facility repairs. This includes, but not limited to, carpentry, electrical work, or simple plumbing repairs are performed under supervision of qualified personnel. Required Education/Required Training: High School Diploma or equivalent. Required Experience: Mechanical aptitude acquired through vocational school, outside activities, or job experience. Valid state motor vehicle operator's license. Experience working with underserved or homeless populations preferred. * For correctional position-correctional experience- preferred but not required.
