Senior Project Manager: Greater Than One

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex digital/online marketing programs and web development projects
• Define project scope, cost, time and resource parameters
• Create and maintain budgets, project plans, risk assessments and change control procedures
• Track project progress in coordination with project financials
• Work closely with Account Executives to understand and execute client requests and assist with account planning
• Interface with all Discipline Leads to facilitate effective workflow and resolve project-related issues

· Set team expectations for deliverables and motivate to deliver against them

• Manage efficient internal meetings
• Supervise junior Project Managers effectively, providing training and guidance

Qualifications / Skills:

• Minimum 5-8 years Project Management experience in interactive (web) environment
• Significant knowledge of web development, email and rich media technologies
• Expert in Project Management process, tools, and methodologies including Microsoft Project
• Highly skilled in time management to facilitate involvement in multiple projects
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate and influence team members across the organization
