Pharmacy Recruiter, Licensed Job Description: SUMMARYThe primary purpose of this position is to recruit and hire pharmacists for assigned regions. Frequent independent judgments are essential. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned: - Organize and implement plans to recruit pharmacists to fill preferred areas; recruit pharmacists from our competitors through direct services, cold calls, and canvassing.
- Maintain a pharmacist leads database for assigned regions, track offers made to potential associates and follow up on declined offers.
- Collaborate with Vice President of Professional & College Recruitment, Director of Pharmacy Staffing, Division Human Resource Director, Pharmacy Regional Vice Presidents, and Pharmacy District Managers to report field staffing statistics and coordinate advertising for open pharmacist positions.
- Communicate changes/updates in competitors compensation or benefit packages to the Pharmacy Regional Vice President and Division Human Resource Director
- Assist the Director of Pharmacy Staffing with college recruitment days at colleges within their area; assist in the development of pharmacy recruitment programs with the Director of Pharmacy Staffing and schools.

- Ability to pass drug test.

- Typing speed of 60 WPM.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft® Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
Certificates, Licenses, and/or RegistrationsThis position requires a valid driver's license for business travel.
Education: Bachelor's degree (BS), Doctoral degree (PHARM.D.) or equivalent in Pharmacy, plus five (5) years’ experience in Retail Pharmacy Operations, Human Resources, or Pharmacist Professional Recruitment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
