Territory Sales Manager



Description: NuCO2 is the largest and only nationwide provider of beverage quality bulk CO2 services for the food service and hospitality industry. We are the driving force in the transformation from high pressure cylinders to bulk CO2 systems and safer hassle-free carbonation systems. We currently service over 115,000 customers and carbonate millions of beverages daily!

Our customers include the household names in the foodservice and hospitality industry that you see and visit every day. We service national and regional restaurants, convenience store chains, movie theater operators, theme parks, sports venues and more.

We are currently looking for a focused, energetic and well organized Territory Sales Manager to grow and manage our customer base. The Territory Sales Manager role sells bulk CO2 supply and nitrogen generator systems and services to the rapidly expanding market of franchised and independent restaurants, convenience stores, hotels, theatres, and other foodservice and hospitality establishments.

NuCO2 has a comprehensive training program to contribute to your success! The training program includes a 30-day on boarding process. You will have one-on-one training with the assigned regional manager, you will work with other Territory Sales Managers and learn about the company, the products and the best sales techniques to make you a successful team member. If you are looking for a challenging opportunity that provides you the ability to earn an uncapped salary then this is the position for you. Successful representatives realistically earn over $75,000 per year.

Qualifications: Specific responsibilities include:

* Identify, prospect, and sell new customers
* Develop proposals for presentation to prospective customers
* Maintain customer relationships through proactive communication
* Manage and initiate agreement renewals of existing accounts
* Successfully sell to new customers and achieve sales goals
* Directly manage all aspects of your sales territory
* Utilize Company's sales automation tool to assist in managing sales territory
* Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with the corporate office staff as well as the field sales organization

To perform successfully, you should demonstrate the following attributes:

*Energetic self starter with the desire to succeed
*Self-disciplined individual, who is able to manage a territory from a home-office base
*Successful in prospecting new customers
*Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Possess an outgoing, friendly personality
*Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, and Power Point

Education

Bachelors degree in business or related field.
Five years outside sales experience if educational requirements not met.

Salary: Base Pay and Monthly Commissions
