About Us: Over thirty years ago, a group of local businessmen and community leaders formed Chino Valley Bank as a way of providing the very finest in financial products and services, yet with an exceptional dedication to service.
Since that time, we have earned both local and national recognition as one of the safest, strongest and best managed business banks in the United States, and have been named one of the top performing banks in California. Chino Valley Bank became Citizens Business Bank on March 31, 1996. This name change was in response to the geographic expansion and the strategic business focus of the Bank. Today Citizens Business Bank has assets of over $4.0 billion, conveniently located business financial centers, and a full complement of all business banking products and services; including Wealth Management Group services. In fact, the bank has $1.2 billion under Wealth Management Group. Currently, the Bank serves the business banking needs of business people in the Inland Empire, Los Angeles County, Orange County and the Central Valley areas of California. Through it all, Citizens Business Bank has maintained its dedication to customer service as well as its attention to detail.
