Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordination from the time of contract receipt through the completion of the Discovery Phase of EHR implementation for new Ingenix CareTracker clients, existing ASP, Full Service, and Channel Partner clients implementing EHR.
- Establish provider expectations for implementation timeline and responsibility for the clinical database set up, enrollment, and some clinical web based training will be the primary focuses of this position.
- Monitor incoming Sales Orders/Contract for EHR Implementation and Training needs; maintain and update internal files to include new contracts
- Monitor practice management implementations in order to determine appropriate time to initiate EHR Implementation
- Completion of milestones, deliverables, and documentation included for the Discovery Phase of EHR Implementation preparing the providers for transition to their assigned Clinical Implementation Specialist
- Complete database set up requirements based on practice and contract specifics, including enrollment activities for ePrescribing, Lab/Imaging Interface activation, Clinical Administration activities for set up such as custom attachments, encounters, operators and roles, creation of clinical letters as examples; may include training (Web-Based, Classroom, Telephonic) for limited EHR Implementations such as ePrescribing or Lab Interface stand alone contractual agreements
- Imperative that all Ingenix and HIPAA compliance guidelines are followed and all questions and concerns are directed to the Compliance Officer or company President

Qualifications Qualifications:
- Ability to develop and document work flow processes
- Ability to simultaneously coordinate multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexibility
- MS Office including Excel, Word, and Power Point
- General understanding of application software products
- Experience in the healthcare industry having worked directly with providers in an office based setting
- Experience in training and/or provider enrollment is a plus
