Taylor is seeking a savvy New Media/PR professional to add to its growing Digital and Emerging Media team. If you’re a strategic practitioner who is passionate and knows his/her way around Social Media, let’s talk!

Job Responsibilities

- Proactively pitching digital media outlets

- Research, analysis and trend-spotting

- Campaign tracking, monitoring and reporting

- Participate in brainstorms, strategic discussions, departmental meeting, and

client presentations

- Willingness to work across multiple account teams servicing multiple client

partners

- Ability to identify and evaluate relevant vendors, if and when appropriate

- Provide support to senior team

- Participate in New Business presentations

- Direct client interaction

Qualities Desired

• Must have high level of interest in digital and emerging technologies and New Media landscape
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years experience in the Public Relations
• Experience with new media outlets including blogs, communities, networks a must
• Entrepreneurial approach to servicing business
• Ability to conceive, plan and execute Social/Digital strategies
• Must be creative, think strategically in addition to being tactical , organized, and results driven
• Must have excellent communication skills, writing and oral Must have strong presentation skills and ability to interact directly with the client
• Must have superb attention to detail
• Excellent computer/software skills; working knowledge of HTML and digital content creation tools (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, et.al.) a plus
