Recruiting Compliance Analyst (Project-Based) Description

ACS is seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Recruiting Compliance Analyst. We are in search of a self-driven individual to support staffing compliance initiatives. - Contributes to the accomplishment of recruiting compliance practices and initiatives and provides both project and administrative support for the implementation of recruiting services, policies and programs.
- Supports analysis and project implementation for compliance initiatives, to include;
- I-9
- Background checks
- Drug screens
- EEOC
- 8850 tax credit surveys
- Strong written communication skills; experience writing process and policy guides preferred.
- Monitors the progress of compliance programs and related activities on a continuous basis, and with periodic audits, taking appropriate steps to improve effectiveness of programs.
- Develops, initiates, maintains and revises policies and procedures designed to avoid or mitigate the risks identified.
- Improves processes as needed to promote and facilitate compliance.
- In addition to leading initiatives to improve processes, this individual is responsible for managing daily escalations (recruiting, HR or hiring managers), new contract requests related to pre-employment screening, and support to Records Retention to facilitate numerous audit requests.
Education and Typical Years of Experience: Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years Recruiting and/or Compliance experience.
