- Support the VP of HR & CS Strategy & Planning to build out an Operational Effectiveness & Analytics function for the HR&CS organization
- Serve as a key liaison to help identify and execute continuous process improvement efforts within the HRCS organization
- Develop innovative opportunities to drive operating performance of HRCS at the next level
- Partner with business analysts and key leaders across the HR&CS organization to create comprehensive analytics and provide actionable strategic insights
- Prepare and analyze metrics to provide a holistic assessment of HR&CS operating performance
- Coordinate project selection/stewardship activities
- Provide leadership and guidance to projects teams to support project initiatives
- Must stay current on emerging trends/human resources best practices and provide thought leadership/ recommended actions based on that knowledge
- Serve as the primary resource to assist VP with strategic planning and tactical execution to improve HR&CS operating performance
- Manager is expected to have a hands on teamwork approach to solving problems and executing initiatives
- Must be able to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality when dealing with confidential information
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and across functions
Qualifications
- At least 5-7 years experience in process improvement or business analysis
- Experience as a Certified Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
- Excellent working knowledge of analytical problem solving and a demonstrated track record of achievement
- Project Management Skills; PMP certification strongly desired
- Ability to use problem solving/root cause analysis skills
- Bachelors degree required; MBA/MS strongly desired
- Analytical, project management, business process reengineering skills
- Strong Technical skills (Microsoft Excel/Access/PowerPoint/Project) is required
- Human resources/ Talent Management experience strongly desired
- Proactive, self-starter, takes initiative, strong communication skills
- Team player and ability to function independently in dynamic environment
