Assistant Fire Safety Manager (Emergency Preparedness Coordinator)



The Moses Division of Montefiore Medical Center has a full time position available for an Assistant Fire Safety Manager. An Associates Degree in Science or other health related field required, along with the successful completing of NIMS courses. Bachelors’ degree preferred. Responsibilities will include assisting the Director of Fire Safety with the implementation of Fire Safety, Emergency Preparedness, Hazmat, and Waste programs at MMC. It includes conducting investigations and deviations from approved safety practices and assistance during the implementation of corrective actions. Other Administrative duties will include organizing and prioritizing assignments to ensure regulatory compliance for the Medical Center . We offer an excellent benefits package.
