Position Description:

In this entry level role, you will have the opportunity to expand your IT knowledge and experience and grow with the largest computer software firm serving the retail automotive industry. Initial responsibilities include handling backup/restore processes and the monitoring and basic troubleshooting of our Corporate Network and Server environments and critical customer facing applications.

During this time, you will be provided IT training with focus on Operating Systems, Network Administration, Backup and Storage Management, and PC/Printer/Telephony support via both classes and cross training opportunities to prepare you for further career opportunities within our IT organization.

Requirements:

• Basic PC setup configuration knowledge
• Hands-on experience with PC operations
