SP Unit Staff RN-Hospital
Qualifications: Current CA RN license and AHA BLS Certification. One (1)-year recent (within the last three (3) years) full-time equivalent experience in Critical Care or completion of a Kaiser Permanente (KP) or equivalent Critical Care course within prior 12 months. Current ACLS card required. Consistently supports compliance and the Principles of Responsibility (Kaiser Permanente's Code of Conduct) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements (if applicable), and Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited or NLN approved Registered Nurse Program. Effective written and verbal communication skills. One (1) year full-time or three (3) years part-time (16o/wk) continuous employment in the past three (3) years as a Registered Nurse in an acute hospital Intensive Care/Critical Care Unit. (or) successful completion of KFH-LA Critical Care Course.
