Job Description:

The Replenishment Manager manages operational functionality of the Replenishment team, to include EDI transmission, deduction management, and special requests from the Customer. Additionally, they will be responsible for Seasonal Replenishment of orders.

Major Accountabilities:
 Provides leadership to the Bentonville and Canadian Replenishment Teams.

 Point person for overall improvement of Scorecard Metrics. Manage, Track and report key metrics- MABD, In-Stock, Fill Rate, and turn rate - on a weekly basis to Wal-Mart and Sam's Clubs, and proactively problem solve.

 Proactively identify efficiency opportunities as relates to Re-Mix best practices and identify areas of improvement associated with over all distribution processes.

 Sustainability Scorecard Point Person.

 Identifies Store Traiting opportunities to ensure maximization of distribution.

 Interfaces with Corporate transportation to maximize transportation efficiencies


Experience / Qualifications
Understanding of inventory management and retail replenishment. Experienced cross functional roles within co-management team.

Minimum of 3 yearsConsumer product sales experience required.

Direct Wal-Mart interface experience

Education:
College Degree required.

Other desirable Experience, knowledge or skills:

Proficient with Retail Link, Excel, Access, AS400

In depth knowledge of Wal-Mart replenishment system

Advanced communication / interpersonal skills
