The DePaul Group is currently searching for a talented Accounts Payable coordinator to join our team!

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an organized, detail oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join our team to provide timely and accurate payment processing working with sites, vendors, and other departments as necessary to get the job done. To work 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday during the day time.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Open, stamp and process mail.
· Receive and review purchase orders and check requests for completeness and compliance. Match invoices with purchase orders and verify cost, quantity and freight.
· Work with sites to resolve any vendor issues and discrepancies.
· Print checks and match with invoices.
· File invoices and maintain vendor files.
· Work with and maintain positive vendor relationships.
· Reconcile statements.

QUALIFICATIONS

· 1-2 years of A/P experience with knowledge of standard accounts payable policies and procedures. Strongly prefer experience in a construction environment.

- Previous construction industry experience helpful
· Must be organized and detail oriented with the ability to take ownership of the A/P process.
· Must be proficient at Excel. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook helpful.
· Accounting software experience required. Preferably Yardi.
· Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
