Contract position for 18+ months

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. *Prepares, reviews and generates closing documents according to client specifications and department standards for volume, accuracy and timeliness.
2. *Reviews and approves final HUD’s.
3. *Resolves closing issues, reprints and expedites changed/corrected documents to facilitate scheduled closings.
4. Directly assists supports and communicates with other closing department members, FLS personnel/management and closing agents.
5. *Must be able to meet established minimum daily expectations for this position.
6. *This position may require frequent over time, at times on a daily basis; must be available to work additional hours on short notice as determined by management to meet client service level agreements
7. Performs other duties as required

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Job Related Experience: 1 – 3 years related experience or training
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Ability to use computer keyboard and view monitor for extended periods of time.
Functional Area Skills/Knowledge: Ability to manage flow of files, properly handling time sensitive documents, and to work independently, handling basic problem resolution as necessary.
