May perform one or more of the following:
Participates in cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects
Responsible for coordinating the delivery of professional services to customers
Ensures the ongoing process/system capability associated with projects and manages any changes to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs
Co-ordinates work activities with the Global Delivery Network Team
Responsible for transitioning the client from implementation to the on- going team
Performs all other duties as assigned
Analyze file layouts, data dictionaries, plan documents, Plan Requirement Documents, to ensure all requirements are met.• Ability to interact with internal and external customers to ensure deliverables and client expectations are met during implementation.• Ensure the mapping of data from prior record-keeper is accurate and the programs are adequately tested to ensure no issues at live date.
Education and Typical Years of Experience:
Typically requires a minimum of 3+ years of related experience
Bachelor's Degree with strong academic record
Special Requirements:
Experience in plan administration
Experience in defined benefit plan administration
Strong analytical ability
SQL and/or mainframe skills. Microsoft Excel skills is a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines
All other duties as assigned
