The purpose of this position is to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of future state business processes in support of strategic change initiatives, and contribute to building sustainable infrastructures, processes and systems that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our Supply Chain processes in support of our Go-to-Market (GTM) model. - Research, analyze and develop new or improved repeatable process designs
- Deliver completed documentation for processes, systems and training
- Facilitate and participate in process documentation/process design sessions
- Develop new/redesign process flows for technology or non-technology related projects
- Develop performance measurement systems
- Create detailed user functional requirements documentation to support the creation of new/revised systems
- Develop requirements documentation when new IT solutions or enhancements are identified during process design, and coordinate quality assurance/user acceptance testing in partnership with IT
- Create business cases (cost-benefit analysis) to assist with the approval of a project as part of a project team
- Develop and implement policies and procedures supporting a new process design
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree (10+ years of combined college education and work experience may be substituted for a degree)
- Minimum 7 years of experience performing analysis, design, implementation and training of business processes
- Consulting experience
- Advanced MS Project, Access, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint skills
Additional Qualifications - Working understanding of the supply chain to include experience in at least two of the following functional areas: inventory management, demand planning, supply planning, manufacturing, finance and information systems
- Experience developing technical documentation and training personnel in process flow and accepted industry best practices is essential
- Experience developing & documenting business systems requirements
- Strong negotiation skills with the proven ability to apply business process re-engineering to develop effective solutions to business problems
- Established industry process analysis and improvement standards
- Strong facilitation skills in both small and large group settings
- Solid track record of building stakeholder support
- Complex project management capabilities
- Consumer Packaged Goods / Apparel experience is strongly preferred
- SAP/ERP and/or Advanced Planning Systems experience desirable
- PMI certification (PMP) / Six Sigma (master black belt) / CMM a plus
